100,000 people to visit Port Burwell??…. no way. The sub does not offer anything for Port burwell,, it will be a project that fails miserably by not giving port burwell any full time jobs nor fostering tourists.. Council needs to concentrate on allowing home businesses, creating gardens and farmers markets. A local economy but our council is not aware of the global situation of fossil fuel depletion, coming recession or lack of work in Bayham. Its just business as usual…. -mat
